If pregnant, add a very small quantity of maca or avoid it if you prefer since it is an endocrine stimulator.
Banana Baobab Mousse Recipe
Ingredients:
1 ripe banana, sliced
1/2 cup coconut yogurt
1 tablespoon Irish moss gel
1 tablespoon baobab powder
1/4 cup cashews soaked and drained
1 teaspoon maca powder
1 teaspoon shatavari powder
1 teaspoon MCT coconut oil
1/2 cup coconut water
Toppings: golden passion fruit flakes
Instructions:
In a blender, combine the sliced banana, coconut yogurt, baobab powder, soaked cashews, maca powder, shatavari powder, MCT coconut oil, and coconut water.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour the mousse into a cup and top with golden passion fruit flakes.

Almond Butter Baobab Energy Bites are crafted with rolled oats, almond butter, maple syrup, tocopherols, baobab, shredded coconut, and maple syrup. Almond Butter Baobab Energy Bites Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons tocopherols (vitamin E)

Instructions:

Instructions:
